The way the waiting room works is we design a bear based on your request . When the bear is finished we contact you and offer you the chance to preview and purchase the bear before it is released to the general public Contact us for more information at brianandkaycooper@gmail.com.

We ship our bears world wide and they all come with a numbered registration certificate and wooden swing tag, we send our bears via registered Australian post.
